1988 G.I. Joe Mean Dog vehicle includes the driver and is near complete. The driver's weapons are not included, and the vehicle is missing two of the white missiles. Aside from the missing pieces noted, the vehicle presents well and is a solid example of this classic G.I. Joe release. It will benefit from being dismantled and throughly cleaned, it was stored for over 23 years and has build up.
