Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on most items. All return requests must be initiated by emailing us before the item is sent back.

New Items: Must be unopened and in original condition for a full refund. If the item is opened or used, a partial refund may be issued depending on its condition.

Used Items: Sold AS IS. Returns are only accepted if the item is significantly different from the description, arrives damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

Parts or Repair Items: Sold AS IS, NO returns, NO refunds. These items are listed clearly as “Parts or Repair” and are final sale.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, wrong description, or shipping damage).

Item Damaged in Transit

Please contact us right away and include photos of the item, photos of the outer box, and photos of the packing materials. For USPS shipments, it’s very important to keep the box and all packing materials. USPS may require them to process the claim. We’ve had claims denied in the past when customers threw away packaging before the inspection, so please hold onto everything until the claim is resolved.

Refunds

Approved refunds are usually processed within a two days after we get the item back, but it may take your bank a few extra days to post it to your account.
