Terms and Conditions for MelodyHaus Vintage

By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing, availability, or shipping issues.
Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept the payment methods listed on our site.

Shipping

We ship within 2 business days of order placement via USPS or UPS.
We currently ship to the contiguous U.S.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping rates are set per item at checkout and will include insurance for higher-value items. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been shipped.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on most items. All return requests must be initiated by emailing us before the item is sent back.:

New items must be unopened for a full refund. Opened items may receive a partial refund.

Used items are sold AS IS and can only be returned if significantly misrepresented or damaged in shipping.

Parts or repair items are final sale with no returns or refunds.

All content on this site, including logos, images, product descriptions, and text, is the property of MelodyHaus Vintage and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or purchased products. All products are sold as described.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
