Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing, availability, or shipping issues.
Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept the payment methods listed on our site.

Shipping

We ship within 2 business days of order placement via USPS or UPS.
We currently ship to the contiguous U.S., Hawaii, and Alaska.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Shipping rates are based on item weight and may include insurance for higher-value items.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on most items:

New items must be unopened for a full refund. Opened items may receive a partial refund.
Used items are sold AS IS and can only be returned if significantly misrepresented or damaged in shipping.
Parts or repair items are final sale with no returns or refunds.
