Switchcraft SoundControl Center Model 641 speaker output selector. Untested. All switches function, though switch number 8 sticks slightly. Neon numbers are dim, with some brighter than others. Label cover for number 7 is lifting slightly. Back corner of the unit is bent as shown in photos. Shows wear from prior use and storage. This unit came from the estate of a Dallas radio sound engineer and was part of his home studio equipment. It has been in storage for several years and is being sold as-is.
