For USPS shipments, it’s very important to <strong data-start="324" data-end="366">keep the box and all packing materials</strong> — USPS may require them to process the claim. We’ve had claims denied in the past when customers threw away packaging before the inspection, so please hold onto everything until the claim is resolved.<br /><br /><br /></p> <h2>Refunds</h2> <p>Approved refunds are usually processed within a few days after we get the item back, but it may take your bank a few extra days to post it to your account.</p>
