We currently ship to addresses in the <strong data-start="410" data-end="449">contiguous U.S.</strong>&nbsp;<strong data-start="453" data-end="507">Sorry, we can&rsquo;t ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs, FPOs, Hawaii, or Alaska.<br /><br /></strong>Higher-value or rare items will include <strong data-start="556" data-end="569">insurance</strong>, and this is already factored into the shipping cost.<br data-start="623" data-end="626" />Shipping rates are weight-based and rounded up to the nearest pound (following carrier guidelines).</p> <p data-start="226" data-end="509">&nbsp;</p> <h2 data-start="226" data-end="509">Return Policy</h2> <p class="" data-start="734" data-end="813">We accept returns within <strong data-start="773" data-end="796">14 days of delivery</strong> on most items.</p> <ul data-start="815" data-end="1295"> <li class="" data-start="815" data-end="984"> <p class="" data-start="817" data-end="984"><strong data-start="817" data-end="831">New Items:</strong> Must be <strong data-start="840" data-end="852">unopened</strong> and <strong data-start="857" data-end="882">in original condition</strong> for a full refund. For USPS shipments, it&rsquo;s very important to <strong data-start="324" data-end="366">keep the box and all packing materials</strong> &mdash; USPS may require them to process the claim. We&rsquo;ve had claims denied in the past when customers threw away packaging before the inspection, so please hold onto everything until the claim is resolved.<br /><br /><br /></p> <h2>Refunds</h2> <p>Approved refunds are usually processed within a few days after we get the item back, but it may take your bank a few extra days to post it to your account.</p>
