This set of three whimsical lithographs by Georges Redon (1869-1943) includes "Never Drink the Water," "Duck Eats the Slug," and "The Hen Eats the Snails." Each lithograph measures 12.5 inches by 17.5 inches and is printed on heavyweight paper. These works were originally covers for Paris restaurants such as Pré Catelan, Café de Paris, Fouquets, and Armenonville. The prints are likely from the late 1920s to early 1930s and exhibit minor signs of age, including edge creasing on "The Hen Eats the Snails," a few blemishes on "Duck Eats the Slug," and a dent in the paper on "Never Drink the Water." Overall, they are in excellent shape for their age, making them a rare find for collectors of vintage French art.
